Over a period of time you lose your hair, so it is only logical that it would take time for the hair to grow back after the surgery. Well, you are correct in this train of thought. It has been two months since I had the hair transplant surgery and I can tell a difference in my hair line and the thickness of my new growing hair. They tell you it could take several months to be able to tell a change in your hair and that is correct. But, I can tell you so far so good at the rate of hair growth I have had. If you can I would suggest taking a whole week off from work for healing time.

To date the most painful part of the whole process has been the sutures in the back of the head. Can’t wait to have them removed. Also, having a stiff neck is an issue so I would buy a U shape pillow before have the transplants done. This will help sleeping a lot easy on both you and your neck.
