A Brief History
PAI Medical Group was founded in 1984. They established this Nashville Hair Transplant Clinic over 26 years ago.
As modern hair transplantation progressed, the era of the “pluggy look” ended. Most clinics shifted in a similar direction, but PAI wasn’t satisfied with the trajectory. They wanted to provide something even better.
The Nashville clinic would play a key role in developing a trademarked hair surgery called Multi-Unit Hair Grafting™ (MUHG). MUHG would prove to be PAI’s flagship procedure that would eventually secure their reputation as one of North America’s finest hair restoration clinics. With double the density and natural results, MUHG still leads the industry as the most satisfying, effective procedure available.

What experience do your surgeons have?
Our surgeons are all M.D.’s who have performed thousands of surgeries for 25-35 years. They are all members of ISHRS and they are ARTAS trained.
Who actually performs the surgery?
Unlike some clinics that allow unlicensed medical staff to perform hair transplants, PAI Medical Group only uses licensed Medical Doctors to perform your surgery. Our licensed surgeons are primarily responsible for each and every step during a hair transplant procedure. Plus, you benefit from an entire skilled medical team as well.
How do you decide which treatments to offer?
PAI chooses the most innovative, proven solutions for hair restoration. We only select treatments that we’d offer to our own family members.
