Haley grew up in Clarksville where she played softball for 12 years. She graduated from APSU with a degree in Health Care Administration. She completed her internship at We Grow Hair her senior year in administrative and marketing roles. She married her high school sweetheart in Nov of 2022 and has a Chocolate Lab named Nellie. Haley enjoys being outdoors, brunching and working on self-development.
Katie Dodson
Patient Care Consultant Manager
Katie Dodson is originally from Cookeville, Tennessee where she shared a home with 4 amazing siblings. Katie is happily married and mom to Hadley Grace. Having worked in the cosmetic industry for over 10 years, Katie enjoys helping people look and feel better about themselves. That’s why working at We Grow Hair as the Sales Manager in surgical and non-surgical hair restoration is a natural fit. Katie has a Bachelor’s degree in Arts and Sciences with a concentration in foreign languages and professional communication. She loves the lake, her puppy and good hair!
Hannah Kelso
Medical Consultant
Hannah Kelso grew up in Charlotte, NC. She relocated to Brentwood, Tennessee to start her career at We Grow Hair. Hannah has a passion for the medical field and helping others anyway she can! Working at We Grow Hair as a Medical Consultant and Patient Relationship Manager has sparked her love for the cosmetic hair restoration industry and helping patients every day to gain their confidence back. Hannah has a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration with a concentration in Marketing. She loves painting and spending time with friends and family!
Tiffany Thomas
Medical Consultant
With a passion for helping people from the inside out, Tiffany has over 10 years of experience in health, fitness, and the cosmetic world. She and her sister moved here from Florida 5 years ago to pursue music. A songwriter and artist, Tiffany is the worship leader at her church, plays the piano and guitar, and has sung the National Anthem on national television multiple times. Tiffany is a proud dog mom to her Pomeranian, Gracie Lou, and in her downtime can be found with her friends, either playing Spicy Uno, eating tacos, or playing Pickleball.
Clay Heyer
Bookkeeper
Clay Heyer was born & raised in California and moved to Nashville in 2021. He loves reading about U.S. history and jogging in the beautiful summer evenings. He decided to work for We Grow Hair because he loves helping people, and We Grow Hair changes people’s lives for the better by changing how they view themselves.
Kimberly Barnes
Sales Assistant / Administrative Assistant
Kimberly is a Tennessean, born and raised in Smyrna. She graduated from Tennessee State University with a Bachelor’s in Social Science with a concentration of Psychology and Sociology. Besides assisting in sales and administration, she also thoroughly enjoys being a Scalp Micropigmentation Technician. She’s a dog mom to Ella and enjoys cooking/baking, quilting, watching football and hockey, kayaking and boating on the lake. Her passion is to help others feel beautiful and confident in their own skin, which is why she is a perfect fit for We Grow Hair.
Abby Potts
Scheduling Coordinator
Abby Potts has lived in Tennessee over half of her life and though she was born in the Midwest, she considers the South home. Abby loves to talk and get to know people. Her engaging personality and care for people makes her a great fit at We Grow Hair as the Scheduling Coordinator. She has been married to her husband for almost 2 years now and is expecting her first child at the end of February 2023. She loves to work out, cook for others, and is very involved in her church.
Olivia Warner
RN
Olivia has been a Registered Nurse since 2011. Originally from Covington, Louisiana, she came to Nashville to begin her Nursing career at St. Thomas West after receiving her nursing degree from Louisiana Tech University. She specialized in Renal/Diabetes for 3 years and then the ICU for 8. In early 2018 she branched out from the hospital to pursue Aesthetic Nursing. She is certified and trained in cosmetic injections including PRP and PRF. Olivia’s goal is to establish lasting relationships with patients, providing them with quality, safe and satisfying care while helping them feel confident and comfortable.
C. Joe Cates
Medical Consultant
Born and raised in Tennessee, Joe Cates exudes southern charm and hospitality. As both a patient and a medical consultant, his experience with hair and hair loss is extensive. He has both a Master Barber License and a Master Barber Instructor License. Joe began struggling with hair loss since his mid 30’s, and at one point he even wore a hair system. Several years ago, he decided to pursue a more permanent solution and got his first hair transplant at We Grow Hair where he eventually became a medical consultant. Having unique insight, he prides himself on his empathy for our patients. He understands their needs as well as the emotional toll hair loss can have. He feels this is the only career he’s had that truly helps others restore their confidence and change their lives. That is why he says, “My job gives me so much pleasure and I believe is the best job in the world”.
Cody Dodd
Operations Supervisor
Cody grew up in Cookeville, Tennessee and has one sister. She went to Tennessee Tech University where she got a Bachelor’s Degree in Fitness and Wellness. She also played volleyball all 4 years at Tech. In her free time she enjoys watching tv and movies and hanging out with her boyfriend, family and friends. She never thought she would end up working in hair but she’s so glad she found her way here, to We Grow Hair. She says that getting to help people young and old gain more confidence in their appearance is such a good feeling to have.
Teresa Richards
Digital Marketing
Born and raised in South Florida, Teresa dreamed of one day migrating to Tennessee, her ancestors’ state of origin. Although she began her career in computer technology, she pursued a degree at the Art Institute of Florida. She eventually merged her love of art, writing, photography, videography and computers to develop a career in web design and marketing. She is happily married, the mother of two, and her faith in Christ is an integral part of her life. She enjoys nature trails, birdwatching and shooting, and she’s incredibly grateful that she can use her skills to help people find life changing hair restoration.
Marshay Taylor
Medical Assistant
Marshay has a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Services with a concentration in Public Health. She has a passion for the medical field and says, “I love caring for patients and working alongside our doctors”. This is quite apparent as she perfectly fits our staff and culture at We Grow Hair, which is focused on making patients a priority. Marshay is a dog mom to furbaby, Kodie, and she loves shopping, hanging out with the girls and going to brunch.
