What Does a Transplant Look Like After 6 Months
A lot can be said about our trademarked Multi-Unit Hair Grafting™ Procedure. It’s considered one of the most satisfying single procedure hair transplants. These are 6 month results and aren’t even done. The sheer number of transplanted hairs far exceeds results from most other clinics. Our surgeons artistically arrange different size hair bundles throughout the balding areas to give it an all natural look. Single hairs are placed in the front with two and three hair grafts behind the hairline. This is intermingled with PAI’s trademarked Multi-Unit Hair Grafts™ to deliver a level of density that is second to none in the industry.

Another Hair Transplant Patient after 6 months!
In the video shown here, Joseph, another PAI patient, is also at 6 months. Joseph’s results are slightly thicker at this stage than Raymond. Although everyone is different and the rate of hair growth varies from patient to patient, Raymond is a great example of what the average hair transplant looks like after 6 months of growth.
He should expect at least 50% more hair to grow over the next 6 months. No two bundles of hair are identical and each one exists in varying phases: anagen, catagen, or telogen. This means that the newly planted hairs could be temporarily entering a resting phase for a few weeks or months. Other hairs could be ready to spring forth and stick around for 3-5 years. We advise patients to wait at least 12 full months for the final result at which time the hair will look much thicker and fuller. Also note that Raymond chose Multi-Unit Hair Grafting™ which is the best option for patients with major hair loss. In just one procedure, a patient can achieve a very satisfying result.
