My son is a patient of Dr.Richard Giannotto at PAI Medical Group. I cannot say enough good things about him. He is not only an expert in the services he provides, but he is kind, respectable, and caring. This seemed to be the culture for all the employees, exceptional service with a smile. I would definitely say, Katie and Tabitha went out if their way to make the entire process so much easier. Katie walked us through the entire process and made sure to find the solutions that met his expectations. Tabitha was gentle and kind and went above and beyond in making him feel special. I couldn’t be more pleased with this office.
