I had a multi-unit hair grafting procedure performed by PAI Medical. I was very impressed with the professionalism of the entire staff. They make the entire process very easy and make you feel very comfortable, which really helps reduce anxiety and/or embarrassment. Joe (consultant), Tabatha (medical assistant), and Dr. Pawlinga were all fantastic from the beginning of the process all the way through the recovery phase.
