When you arrive, you’ll take a private elevator to the second floor which opens to the We Grow Hair lobby.

Our welcoming front desk staff will request that you fill out a comprehensive intake form to enhance our understanding of your hair loss concerns and allow us to get better acquainted with you. As you complete the form, feel free to indulge in a delightful cup of coffee or tea from our coffee bar.

Clinical Photos

Next, you’ll be invited to take clinical and microscopic photos, which will be used to help with the diagnosis and tracking of your hair loss.

Private Consultation

Before you meet your patient care medical consultant for the first time, they will thoroughly review your intake form in order to understand your hair history.

Next, your private consultation will begin, which will last approximately 45 minutes to an hour. Our objective is to hear your concerns and expectations and develop an effective plan to help resolve your hair loss.

In-Depth Diagnostics

During the consultation process, we’ll use our AI driven HairMetrix System to examine your scalp and hair microscopically. This will give us valuable information needed to properly access the health of your hair and determine your candidacy for hair transplants and treatments.
